The primary thing regarding the reselling of the book was not the reselling part. I can buy a book and then sell it to someone else, whomever the author may be. The legal part, or the concern, was the complete removal of an author's name. I do not know the law to support the potential basis of repercussions or lack thereof for Flom doing this. But, if that turns out to be the case, in that Flom is infringing the law, then yes, then I would be undermining her right, because based on the law (again, if it were to show that what she was doing was not a legal act), she basically has no right to do so.
