Sorry for the wait. Let's continue.
Cisgender is what I am, technically. But from what research I've been doing online, cisgenderism is also an ideology, in that it is a viewpoint that only cisgender is valid and dismisses other forms of "gender expression" outside of the cisgender domain (https://read.dukeupress.edu/tsq/article/1/1-2/63/92024/Cisgenderism)
One point you are correct on, to an extent, is that I am apathetic at times towards all of this. Though to an extent also, I'm not (or I wouldn't have written the article in the first place). I'm apathetic towards this gender identity stuff the same way I am indifferent towards matters of race, sexual orientation, and other innate forms of identity, simply because everyone these days has a very unhealthy obsession with them. Now, I'm not indifferent towards individuals, like yourself. Believe it or not, I wish you a happy and prosperous life. But I do possess apathy to the degree that I am often burned out about matters such as gender, race, sexual orientation and other such matters in contemporary social discourse. That being said, I also don't feel like I am obligated to prove anything. I don't donate to many charity organizations (as of yet, anyway) and trans organizations would definitely not be at the top (mental health would be and then, education).
