- It is rather odd in my mind how I find such a case of such a character completely despicable yet not helping but think how beneficial, the executioner walking away with his clothes stained but his mind is not. I say beneficial because he was not lost in complete misery but then again, does it come as obvious that the executioners who got drunk, depressed, and suicidal had more humanity than he did? I would think so.
- Fascinating and a great read. Now we just need a followup explaining why men become such incompassionate monsters.
