I find it justified that they are being prosecuted but I am concerned about them as well, much to a few peoples' surprise on here, I'm sure. It mainly has to deal with excessive punishment and the judge, under our flawed legal system, giving them an excessive punishment (like giving them the maximum 60 years for involuntary manslaughter on four counts, if I got that right), and calling it "being tough on crime." Again, they should be punished for gross negligence. But they should also be given a chance to develop themselves as better people rather than rotting in a jail cell for the rest of their life or staying in prison for so long, that when they get out, they end up a lot like Brooks from The Shawshank Redemption.
