I don't understand why people argue against the person who killed the intruder saying he was wrong, let alone make a big deal out of it at all. It's not murder. If one is in the moment of wrestling a gun out of an intruder's hands, knowing that the guy is fixing to harm or kill him, I myself hopefully wouldn't make the mistake of second guessing myself. No sir. The intruder took that chance and knew it when he broke in. The only criminal offense is that the guy that defended himself (shot the intruder) was thrown in jail.
