Hello, Mr. Harvey:

I am in need of assistance submitting a piece of poetry to the publication “Lit Up.” I was looking through the submission guidelines and came across the submission form to fill out to become a contributer. Unfortunately, whenever I press on it, it leads me to a page that states: “The Lit Up submission form is no longer accepting responses.”

This of course is a little vague. Is there something wrong with the form itself or is “Lit Up” not accepting any new work/writers? If it is for the latter reason, can you tell me when you will be accepting publications again?
