Had Pierce Morgan been a woman and had done the exact same thing, he (or she in this case) would not be given such a negative reception or image. Instead, she would be called a strong woman who takes no bull from a man speaking down on her. The act would be considered noble and another raised toasting hand on behalf of all women.

But since Morgan is a man and not only that, but a white man, well….things are different.
