Despite my agreement with Abe Piper on evangelicalism and fundamentalism, I do wonder how he approaches things. I have not seen a video of him but I know that he has harsh feelings towards the ultra-conservative evangelicals just like I do, because I too was once a victim of their rhetoric. But with that being said, there is this wonder if what Abe says is based on the reasoning he purports or if it is based (partially) on the resentment he has towards his father's style of upbringing him and the religion that supported it.
